Taking Ionamin

Because of the chances for overdosing, you should only take the prescribed amount from your doctor. If you forget to take your pill one day, do not try to make up for it by doubling your dose the next day. - personal history of drug and/or alcohol abuse.

The Side Effects of Ionamin/Phentermine
More Serious:
- Hallucinations
- Confusion
- Swollen lips, tongue, and/or throat
- High blood pressure or a fast heart rate
Less Serious Side Effects Include:
- Restlessness
- Anxiety
- Insomnia
- Dry mouth
- Diarrhea
Remember, this pill is habit-forming, so you should only take it for a few weeks. You should also tell your doctor if you experience any of these side effects listed above. These, however, are only the most common ones, so you may experience something different. If you have any of the serious side effects, then you need to immediately stop taking Ionamin and get emergency assistance.
